Five tables are set for dinner at the Saint-Laurent each evening. Instead of menus and wine lists, our guests enjoy a meal created by our chef and inspired by the best of the day's produce from the market. Pride of place goes to local produce and fresh fruit and vegetables, reflecting the change of seasons. The evening's menu remains a surprise until just before guests sit down to eat: that's what gives dining table d'hôte style all its charm and originality - a far cry from all the rules and restrictions of modern dining.
